Support packages

Hi,

we are in the process of installing the support packages, we wanted to implement support package PI_Basis 2006_1_700,we are not able to install the same, we tried to implement PI_Basis 2006_1_620,PI_Basis 2006_1_640, but still the same.

please help regd the same.

how are you trying to install the packages?what error are you getting while installing

are you installing it by using SAINT transaction code

What is your SAP release, all mentioned support pack is for different release, You cannot install the older or higher release in your system and what is the error log?

Hi , i have tried to install through SAINT

We are sap HPux/oracle ECC 6.0, support pack level is 18 and PI BAsis is 2005_1_700 and now trying with 2006_1_700. not able to install.

go to T-code SE38 and run the report rtcctool

It will show which plug ins you need to install,then download them and install

I have installed the upgrade tool as per the SAP's recommendation and it is solved.
