Hi,
It seems that there are previous year project codes that have not been carried forward into 2009 CIP.
When you run transaction IM52 for Home Services 2009 and select " carried fwd measures" button as well as "supplements" you will see that there are no project codes displayed instead project description only displayed.
As the result we cannot supplement any previous year projects . Kindly help to slove the above problem.
With regards,
v.k
Did you create 2009 CIP by copying from 2008 CIP (trx IM27)?
If you did, then all measures attached to 2008 CIP should have been carried forward to 2009 CIP automatically, unless you set the measures' status into CLSD
I'm not sure with what you mean by "that there are no project codes displayed instead project description only displayed"
If the measures is indeed not carried forward to 2009 CIP, when you run IM52 and and select " carried fwd measures" the message should be "No measures found" and no measures/projects will be displayed at all
To make sure whether the projects have been carried forward or not, you can check from CJ02 >> Extras >> Investment Programs and check the approval year
Hope it helps 😃

Hi,
Thanks your for your response. My problem is after execution of trx im52, data will displayed like
Capital budget (description only) instead *CAA- 5574- Capital budget * under colum Lev programme item. The above given only example only. all project shown only text only and also it is displayed in non changeable mode.
As the result we cannot supplement any previous year projects . So. we require the all project has to display with project code like caa-5574-capital budget with discretion.
Kindly help to solve the above problem
