Cache Contents are obsolete ??

Hello All,

While I am trying to run t-code sxi_catche in SAP PI I am getting the error:Satus of XI Cache:

Cache Contents are obsolete & I am unable to Start Complete Cache Refresh from XI Runtime Cache..Pls suggest a solution..

Hi Ashley!

You can perform a complete SXI_CACHE refresh in transaction sxi_cache.

Use transaction sxi_cache -> XI Runtime Cahce -> Start Complete Cache Refresh

This is performed in batch.

If this does not solve your problem please use transaction sxi_cache -> XI Runtime Cahce -> Display Refresh Error and tell us what you see/read

Volker Cache Contents are obsolte..when I am clicking Display Refresh Error I am getting blank in Error Category & in Error Id..Start Complete cache Refresh is disabled..

Hi!

If this option is disabled you obviously have an athorization problem ...

But you may try to start functiuon module SAI_CACHE3_REFRESH_BACKGROUND by hand using SE37. The Import parameter mode must be set to 'F'

SXI_CACHE does the same just starting this funciton module in a background task.

Volker Now in the error id I am getting Business_system..This error it is showing LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM - LD_ERROR

I thinkyou have a configuration and/or an SLD connection problem. The PI gets its own busioness system from the SLD:

Please try transaction SLDCHECK and report us what you see.

I tried to Maintain a prefix number (higher than 900) for the client in the table.I kep 910..But still my cahe is showing Red..How can I make it green??
