Can we take back-up for SAP Configuration tables data . Is it possible ?

If yes how if no why ?.

Hi.

Please do not post your question to multiple forums. Chose the forum best matching your question and then ask it. Please refrain from using terms like 'ASAP'. This is a community of people helping each other on a voluntarily basis. Maybe the question has a certain level of urgency in your eyes but it has no such urgency for the readers.

Depending on what database you use you could create a snapshot, or your SAN system can do snapshots... it depends on what your goal is.

what do you mean by configuration tables backup,if you know the table names just download the contents if the table to your desktop

otherwise just take a full backup of the system
