Can we take back-up for SAP Configuration tables data . Is it possible ?
If yes how if no why ?.

Depending on what database you use you could create a snapshot, or your SAN system can do snapshots... it depends on what your goal is.

what do you mean by configuration tables backup,if you know the table names just download the contents if the table to your desktop
otherwise just take a full backup of the system
