We have Installed BO Integrated kit 3.0, now we need to upgrade it to 3.1.
could you help me on this?

What exactly do you need ?
If you are upgrading from XI3.0 with SAP integration kit 3.0 to XI3.1 - you need to install XI3.1 update and then install SAP integration kit 3.1 update.
