ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED error

I am getting ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED errror while running my scneario.

My scneario was running sucessfully before this . now i get this error

when i check sm 59 -INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

it tells application error occur during request processing

does any one have any idea why suddenly i am getting this error

before this i was getting cache error which the basis guy resolved

Looks Strange . but System started working after restart .
