3. There is no iView available for system "SAP_ERP_TalentManagement": object "candidacy". For more information, contact your administrator.

Hi Saritha,
Check whether the corresponding iview is available in mss role else create an webdynpro abap iview , and assign the business object requisition by navigating to content administration ->portal content-> Business objects ->HCM-> Erectruiting-> (corresponding object say "requisition" ) add object to iview.
Hi all ,
I am facing the same issue , in mss add on 1.0 when recruiting tab is clicked on ,
There is no iView available for system "SAP_ERP_TalentManagement": object "requisition". For more information, contact your administrator.
we have common parts 1.51 and also i tried adding the obn object manually , still getting the same error.
Could you share how u resloved this issue??
Thanks,
Aishwarya.

If you've copied the standard SAP content into another folder in your portal you may have lost the OBN assignments.
Firstly, check if your basis team has installed ERP COMMON_PARTS, this includes the OBN Business Objects, if you can't see them under your PCD then they may not have installed them (very top of the PCD).
Secondly, assuming you are launching the link from Manager Self Service->Recruiting then clicking a requisition in the Requisition Monitor, check the page where you assigned this iView Requisition Monitor).
In the Recruiting Page under MSS (also assuming you've copied the standard MSS content) check that there is a "Display Form" page and also the "Data Overview" page assigned to the "Recruiting" page. These two pages should not be visible i.e. in the object details "Visible = false" under Page Content.
I'm just working through the same issue, this is the first E-Recruiting exposure I have had, i've fixed this by going through the standard MSS / E-Recruiting content and re-applying the OBN links in our copied MSS and Recruiting content.
I know this post is a bit late, thought it may help to close the question and help future readers.
Cheers
Leigh
