Hi Freinds,

I am facing a problem in "Book participant". System shows, [cannot be booked

The participant is not available during the course].

I have checked the employee's absence, work schedule, off day and attendance. no record exist for the employee. But system shows the same error for all employees.

Anyone can help

Hi,

System is telling, participant is not available during that couse period.

May be he is inactive on that dates, please check 0000 IT, whether he/she has inactive status, and also check the absences. May be there was leaving/Termination action are there.

If person is not available in system(Mean inactive status) will throw the error when we are booking the employee to course.

Hi Vijaya Bharathi,

This can be for the following reason:

1. You must book participants for a course in date after his/her Hire date. In other word Course start date must after his/her Hire date.
2. Participants were booked for another course at the same specified period

I have checked all these, IT0000, IT0001, IT2001, IT2002, IT0007.

Still not getting it.

Is integration active ?

Hi,

I have checked, IT0000 and IT0105. All are valid records. I am able to "Book" the same employee for April courses, it is not allowing for may'09 courses. Is anything to do with date ???

Is the integration with Time management active. If active, then check for the work schedule , 2001, 2002 if any other entry is there on that day.

Check in IT0105 Subtype 0001, the start date of the record.
