MOS-01012 PROBLEM

Hi All,

I am getting the following error in the 24th Phase (Oracle Post Processing) of SAP 4.7E installation.

MOS-01012 PROBLEM: 'C:\usr\sap\DRS\SYS\exe\run/startsap name=PRD nr=00

SAPDIAHOST=017b11' returned with '-1' which is not a defined as a success code.

If I am starting SAP through MMC then I am able to start, except for IGS not getting started.

Can any one please let me know how to resolve this issue??

Hi All,

Thanks for all the support.

I have noticed that there was a virus in my software dump which was not allowing the startsap script to run. I have cleaned that nad tried, my installation was successful.

As always when systems don't come up --> read the logfiles in c:\usr\sap\DRS\DVEBMGS00\work, especially dev_disp, dev_w0

Hi,

Try to start sap with sid<adm> with command prompt using parameters

startsap name=PRD nr=00 SAPDIAHOST=017b11'

this will give you exact error message.

you installed in directory C:\usr\sap\DRS but your DIs is PRD?

Is this a legal installation?

Mine is a legal installation. I have got the same error so I have copied the error message from SDN. My system SID is PRD. Could you please help me in resolving this???
