Runtime Error

hello experts!

I have just install ECC 5.0 based on windows platform having SQL server 2000 as back end.

now when I login it shows runtime error ''START_CALL_SICK". please help me.

hello Rupesh,

after you get the dump,are you able to run the transactions

if yes, run T-code SICK and let us know what errors are you getting

Also check if there are background processes in the system(check in the SAP profile)

It says these errors can be ignored

Couple of quick suggestions

1. Restart your System and then check if the errro occurs

2. Check in your SAP profile if the background work processes exists or check through SM50 if background work processes exists

3. Run SM28 and let me know of any issues

SM50 is also showing same messase as-

can't execute sap_check_if_sick.

did you restarted your system?

Hi,

Please execute mssprocs report from se38 which will create permanent sp's on your database.

Note : execute with "all" option.The report should execte sap_check_if_sick which will be listed in the first screen after execution
