Scheduling Daily Subscription Email

Hi,

I want to be able to schedule when the KM daily subscription email gets sent out. For example I want people in Europe to get this email at 9am CET and people in East Coast US to get the email at 9am EST.

Can anyone suggest a way to do this?

Hi Simon,

Yes, it is possible to configure the time at which daily subscriptions are sent. Just have a look at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/17/7481b6d5095b42bd804d1815201ebc/frameset.htm respectively in your CM configuration System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Content Management -> Global Services -> Scheduler Tasks -> Polling Scheduler Task. There you can define by choosing the appropriate time table when the subscription mail will be send.
