Value in Gross sales not updated for few Profitability Analysis documents

Hi

We have raised 10 billing docuemnts to a particular customer in 3 months.

for 3 billing documents in Profitability analysis docuemnts under Value field Gross Sales Value not updated but sales quantities were updated.

Can any please explain why value was not updated in value field of PA document.

Hi,

Check the assignment of SD Condition type to value field in KE4I.

You can also analyze the value flow from SD to COPA using KEAT.

check whether its updated in another field. or check whether the document is posted with correct PSG.
