Safety stock planning

Hi everybody

When I release the demand plan to snp, the quantities appears as negative numbers, so when I run the safety stock planning, the demand quantities are negative numbers and the system calcules cero as safety stock.

Anybody knows why are the numbers apearing ads negative??In other systems appears as positive numbers.Who can I get the safety stock??

data released from DP to SNP typically results in FA forecast requirements and are seen as negative quantities in the product view and as "demand" in the interactive view.

make sure your safety stock method and target stock method are set correctly on the product master, just having a value for safety stock will not result in safety stock planning, you have to choose the method.
