New workitem is not created

Hi Sapgurus,

We are implementing the ESS and MSS.

When the employee submits Time for approval it's creating a work Item and when other employee who is reporting to the same Manager submits time it is not creating a new work item but it's adding to the Workitem submitted by another employee in the inbox and which is not approved by the same manager.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Leela,

We recently upgraded from 4.6c to ECC6 and are having the same issue. Apparantly this is the default behaviour for ECC6.

Please let me know if you have found a way to generate a new workitem for each employee.
