Org Level in ERM

Hi ,

In Role Management Tab, under Roles when we go to search and try to assign the derived roles the system is not able to display any values in the dropdown in Derived Org. Level. These values are already maintained in Configuration.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Srinivas,

There is no setting to make the jobs run successfully and infact if ERM is configured properly then there is no reason that it should not run properly.

For Org levels, do you see the org levels when you click on Create on Org level screen or on the Org level tab on Role Creation screen? Which SP are you currently on?

Hi Harleen,

It is not displayed on the dropdown in the Org level tab on Role Creation screen.

Srinivas,

This means that org level sync job has not finished successfully or there was some issue with the org level data. Can you try to reboot the server and test the scenario again. If it still doesn't work then I will recommend you to just run the org level sync job again.

Srinivas,

Have you run all the necessary background job to sync data from backend? There are background jobs in ERM which brings object/t-code/org-level/field values etc. into ERM. Once these jobs are run successfully, you should be able to see org level values into ERM.

Hi Alpesh,

Thanks for a Reply.

The background jobs in ERM are maintained and these jobs are runned successfully. Still I am not able to get the Org values.
