Portal Catalog in NW Sneak Preview

Hi there,

I'm using the full java edition of the netweaver sneak preview and i'd like to make iview in the portal but when i'm connected as admin to the portal and when i choose Content Administration -> Portal Content : the portal catalog is not available (java script error saying there is a null value).

How can i correct this please ?

Hi Frantz,

It seems you've got wrong scripts on your browser. Sometimes cleaning of browser cache and restaring of browser could help. If you use proxy it might be also point of problem, as it can also has scripts in cache. Try to switch off proxy on your browser.

If not, please try to request the page from another client machine.

probably you have connected to your portal with an IP-address and no fully qualified domain name likehttp://portal.mycompany.com:50000/irj

this is the cause for the most java-scripting errors...

Yes the same error !

the message error is :

"undefined" is null or is not an object

Please try using not an ip address, but the server name in address. it can be FQDN like server.domain.com or NetBIOS name like server. It should help.
