Creation of BPMon in solution manager for CCMS alerts

Hi,

I need to create a Business Process in SOLMAN. In the Business process steps I need to assign CCMS alerts. Could any one help me how to assign these alerts in the business process steps.

(There are also other helpful documents in this link).

Before you start setup, I recommend you to check

SAP Notes 521820 to ensure whether you already fulfill

prerequestions.

Basically what you have to do is following.

1. Describe your business process under following area.

(T-CD DSWP =>Solution Landscape =>Solution landscape maintenance)

2. Setup BPMon session.

(T-CD DSWP =>Operation Setup => Solution Monitoring =>

Business Process Monitoring)

in BPMon session, select monitoring area "Other CCMS Monitor"

and assign MTE link of CCMS that you want to include in BPMon.

Thanks for your help.

We have a set of CCMS alerts for which a Business Process needs to be created. Our requirement is automatic creation of service desk requests for critical / high priority CCMS alerts. For this we need to create a Business Process by defining these alerts in the BP steps and set up the automatic service desk request. By doing this automatically a service desk request gets created for these alerts. We don't know how to define these alerts in the business process steps. Could anyone help me in this regard.
