Hi,
I have configured CCMS alerts and i am getting emails for the same
I am getting only one mail for the System Availability. I understand that it is the way of how it is configured.
Please let me know if there is a way to configure the system that i get mail every 5 or 15 mins, for System down untill the issue is resolved
The System availability option is configured as a seperate method

I have configured ALM in solution manager to monitor all SAP systems for availability. If any system goes down you can get alert and you can configure to receive multiple alerts for same error. Here is link.

Hi,
I guess you have to create autoreaction method for the CCMS_ALERT (email alert) job in RZ21.
if you are using central system then u need to select the option only in central system,triggered by CCMS agents in control tab.
