Hi
In R/3, in the following transaction - OMT4, you can view and change system messages, as well as set them from type "Error" to "Warning".
Is there a similar transaction (same as OMT4 ) in APO where I can change system messages from type "Error" to "Warning".
Please advise ASAP, help needed urgently!!!
Thanx in advance.
Keegan
Hi Keegan,
There are various areas in messages can be mapped in APO.
1) Through Alert Notification Engine BADI - Implementation name :- /SCMB/ANOT_MSGCREATE
2) There are various BADI's available under the below customisation menu path in APO
spro > SAP impl guide > Extended warehouse management > BADI > Interfaces > ERP Integration > Outbound messages > you can see BADI's
3) In BI, spro > BI > Settings for BI content > Trade industries > Retailing > POS Data warehouse management > POS Inbound processing > Messages > Error messages for message category
4) You can also set warning, information and error related messages in alert profile via t-code /SAPAPO/AMON_SETTING - Set Alert Monitor
5) In t-code /SAPAPO/AMON_SETTING - Set Alert Monitor , under application specific alert profile, select "Forecasting" tab, you could see the various messages and message classes maintained.
