Contract doc no in PR

Dear All

I have created Contract w.r.t PR,but i am not able to see the doc no in PR ,also the status in PR is just contract created,

Whereas when i create PO it updates with PO no also.

Cant i get the contract no in PR

what is the customisation reqd for this

Hi Shilesh

In the std SAP, I think this configuration setting is not available..but if you want to see the contract details in PR..then in the PR ...click on Environment tab-click on contract, you will be able to go to the related contract screen directly.

Hi,

Is the source determination checkbox in the top checked? If yes, then the contract should be found automatically.

If not, then go to SPRO/ MM/ Purchasing/ Environment data / Default values for buyers and then settings for default values.

In the last tab you have source determination. Here you can set the box default checked. You then need to add user parameter EFB in the user and assign the code there.

And make sure that the validity period falls into the current date.
