A prequery normally result in a list of values for ONE characteristic, e.g. the top 10 sales orgs. This can then be used as a restriction on the sales org in the result query.
Do you know if you can select TWO characteristics in a pre-query? E.g. Sales org AND responsible person? If yes, how is the result set used for restricting the result query?
Hope you have an idea.
Kind regards,

Hi Jakob
I try to do the same than you, but my first problem is the screen selection, run twice...
This happend because I created two variables for the prequery.
Did you resolved your problem? If yes, can you help me?
Thanks.

Dear Ashish,
Thank you, I tried, but the result query now is empty...
The prequery (Z_LOSS_RATE_PREQUERY_V01) contains four values for 0EMPLOYEE:
In rows:
Employee
300411
300412
300413
10124099
But in the result query (Z_LOSS_RATE_RESULT), these are listed as #s.
Free characteristics:
Employee #, #, #, #
No Applicable Data Found.
Kind regards,
Jakob
Hi jakob,
I would expect it to work porperly for more than one char.
The Prequery always gives out the list of values for a char, no matter how many chars are included in the query.
Just create 2 variables to use in your result query and let bot of them read the same prequery.
Regards,
Cornelia
