Hi Bibekanand Biswal,

Have u maintained the source system connection details properly in the TNSNAMES.ORA file ???

Basically this file will reside in the /oracle/BSP/920_64/network/admin path. Here we need to maintain

Host IP and name like the below format.

FXCS1 =

(DESCRIPTION =

(ADDRESS_LIST =

(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 10.16.51.12)(PORT = 1521))

)

(CONNECT_DATA =

(SID =FXCS1)

(SERVER = DEDICATED)

)

)

If u have already maintained the above things Please check with basis to check the connectivity and ask him to

provide the full access to that source system.

Hi

Goto Source System tab and check if your Oracle source systems get connected by clicking Check from the context menu.
