Cannot Send Data and Run any DM package at the same time

Hello,

we're having a very strange problem in the production environment: concurrent use of Data Entry schedules ("Send Data") and DM Packages (such as Import.dtsx) causes the server to crash, even if the data being sent is on a different Application than the one hosting the Import package.

The server setup is multi-server. SAP BPC Version is 5.1 SP3.

Can you please specify what BPC version are you using?

Please have a look to the application server if there are any dllhost processes that are taking more than 2G of memory. If you have this, please try to kill all those processes.

In order to find out what really happen , please have a look also to eventviewer on each server (application, database) to see if there are some strange errors reported.

You can try just to reboot the server to see if this is solving the issue.
