Customer Field in SRM PO header and this field will be copied R/3 PO

Hi SRM Gurus,

To introduce a Customer Field in SRM PO header and this field must be copied R/3 PO.

Kindly let us know

What BADI to be used to carry the values from SRM PO to R/3 PO.

This new field must be updated in what all Structures Name ?

If anything else need to be updated , let us know.

Pls give me step-by-step instruction.

Hi Gopal,

We use the BBP_CUF_BADI & BBP_CUF_BADI_2 inorder to incorporate our own screens mainly but one or two customer fields get enhanced only with the CUF structure enhancement. Further we only need to map it with the BAPI structure in backend using the BADI mentioned in my previous post.

Hi Gopala,

Proceed in the following way:

1) Append the custom field in the structure INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF_PO

2) Map the structure in the BADI BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK in SRM4.0 or BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW SRM 5.0 onwards the CUF parameters with the enhanced structure to allow the PO in R/3 to accomodate the same.

3) Also accomodate the fields in the FM BAPI_PO_CREATE1& BAPI_PO_CREATE in R/3 to map the customer fields.
