how to CO Version

we want to maintain all plan data in different version than '0'. how to maintain new CO version.

Have u seen the help available in SAP menu ( besides '' Create CO versions'')?

Hi Saxena,

just copy version 0 to a new version and make sure "plan" is selected.

Then select that new version and select "settings for each fiscal year" under controlling area.

Enter the fiscal year you want to start planning and check the exchange rate type you want to use for conversions...

save and this should be able to get you started...obviously, checking the documentation on all other options is the next step.
