Hi BW Experts,

Diagnosis

An error occurred in the source system.

System response

Caller 09 contains an error message.

Further analysis:

The error occurred in Service API .

Refer to the error message.

Data target 0FIAR_C03 still includes delta request REQU_3K45TAA8TWXWWVXFA7MROBDA0

Data target ZFIARC01 still includes delta request REQU_3K45TAA8TWXWWVXFA7MROBDA0

Can any one help me

Thanks in Advance

Hi Vasu.

The data is in ODS, so the problem is prom ODS->Cube

"Caller 09 contains an error message" error will come based on situation. So pls check in SM37 in BW and Step By Spet analasys. See in Infopacke is there any conditons and Delta is properly selected or not.

(If problem wit IDocs, goto BD20 and give Idoc no and execute.)

Thanks

Hi Vasu,

Check if REQU_3K45TAA8TWXWWVXFA7MROBDA0 is deleted from the data target 0FIAR_C03 and ZFIARC01 .

Did you delete this req from the data target. Did you make sure you have changed the data mart status of the source ODS for that particular request no.

Thus delet the dart mart status from the ODS for that ODS and then try loading data target. Also try load the data target only PSA and update subsequently in data target.

Thanks,

Rohini

hi,

check if helps oss note

902584-P30:P7:MON: DM status check before setting request to GREEN

610938-Error 7 during transfer of an IDoc into BW

Symptom

The monitor is at red, in the status you read: Error 7 when IDoc is sent. Error code R3 003.

Other terms

R3003; Request status; Service API; tRFC; SAPI; S-API

Reason and Prerequisites

Error message R3 003 with error number 7 indicates that the dialog process in the source system that sends the data package with tRFC is canceled (probably with a TIME_OUT).

Solution

Note that the tRFC-LUW is usually executed synchronously in BW. In other words, the sending dialog process waits until the processing in BW has been completed. If this time exceeds the maximum permissible dialog time in the source system, the error you have observed can occur. In this case the following possible solutions are available:

- Increase the upper limit for the timeout of a dialog step in the source system

- Reduce the size of the data package (see note 417307)

- First only load into the PSA and then in a separate process in BW into the data targets (for example via a process chain)

- Sometimes the Customer Exit adversely affects the performance and increases the data volume. If you are working in a test system, you can deactivate the user exit (that is, briefly deactivate the corresponding project) and compare the result with that which was returned with the active user exit. If the request with the deactivated user exit is loaded without any errors, the problem must be caused by the user exit.

- Another possible cause of the error message 'Error 7...' in the monitor is described in note 548910 (however, this case is highly unlikely).

902584

Symptom

If you load a request using data mart (DM) updating, the requests that are extracted are marked as 'retrieved' in the delta administration of the source only after the extraction has been completed successfully.

This means that in certain cases, there may only be one info Idoc that cannot be sent correctly but as a result, all the data that is sent is NOT marked as 'retrieved' in the delta administration of the source.

If you set such a request in the monitor manually to 'green' using a QM action (because all the data has been transferred and updated correctly), the system transfers this data AGAIN during the next delta request from this source and as a result, this data exists TWICE in the targets of this data mart.

After you have implemented this correction, you can no longer set such a request to GREEN using a QM action.

This request must be RED to ensure that the next request is again a delta request which then transfers the same data.

A delta request is created since the last delta request is not yet managed as the last valid delta in the data mart administration - the request is completely unknown to the data mart administration.

Other terms

Duplicate data, data mart, QM action, monitor, delta administration

Reason and Prerequisites

This problem is caused by a program error.
