SCOT issue

Hello,

I have a problem with emails that are sent out of SAP to one specific email address. All the relevant SCOT settings are correct. However, one of the recipient with a particular domain is not able to receive emails (Error code:802). The error code says that the recipient's email address is wrong but the email address configured in su01 for the particular user is correct. Other recipient's with the same domain are able to receive emails. Kindly help and also let me know if you need more info on this problem. Thank You for your time.

Check that the Communication Method is set to E-mail in SU01, if you still have problems check the logs for that email in SCOT and post them here,

Hi,

Just an idea :

Check the length of the email address. We had the same kind of problem and the reason was that SCOT truncated the email addres which was made invalid...
