Hi,

We recently moved our from a unix box to a windows environment.

The dispatcher is not starting.Here I have atttached the developer trace.

Please guide.'

the logs shows the error with the OP$ or sapr3 user,it is locked it seems

follow the note 400241,you will be able to solve the issue,also refer to 951167
