Condition record & Purchasing info record

Hi,

Can anybody let me know the difference between the conditions maintained in Purchasing info record & the condition record based conditions.

Hi

If you do not have Condition record for a vendor/material condition but you do have Purchasing info record then during PO it will picj that price.

If you have a condition record and also purchasing inforecord then system will pick the condition record details for the vendor and material combination during Po creation.

How the price is determined in scheduling agreement if both condition record & purchasing info record are available.

The Price will be picked from the info record for the vendor material combination.

Price(Condition) will be update based on the Purchasing Inforecord, where as Condition Record will be captured at the Tax code

Hi,

We generally maintain condition record in MEK1 t-code and here according to the combination like vendor, plant, com code etc.., we define our condition record...there are other combinations..according to ur requirement, u will choose..

In MEK1 t-code, after giving ur condition type, system will show so many combinations..so, based on ur requirement, u have to choose..

It's a price determination process.so, in info-record, the prices will flow whatever u maintain in ur condition record..

Conditions maintained in Info record is only for Gross price(With validity dates) and inturn for Condition type for Gross price is assigned with access sequence which says that condition will pick the price from Info record valid record.

Purchasing Inforecord Condition is Net Price of last PO

Condition Record is Record which is created for Tax Calculation as per the Maintained TAX Procedure

Hi,

Inforecord is also a condition record with the combination of material, vendor & P.Org.

If we want price determination baed on this combination then we can maintain values for condition in Inforecord itself.

Apart from this combination if we have some other requirements, like we want to include plant, material group,etc., then we can use condition record.

This can be done in MEK1, there you can define your key combination.
