I want to download SPAM 700 from market place . But it showing like i need to Approve through solution manager . KIndly tell me step by step for configuring Maintenace Optimizer .

KIndly tell me which client i have to use configure Maintenanve Optimizer in our solution manager .

Kindly advice which client i have to use for MOPZ configuration . shall i use 000 or 100 . I create 100 client manually .

Hello

what is your productive client? (SCC4 setting) I would guess this is Client 100? If so I would recommend Client 100.

I did the same with our SolMan.

if you are stuck in the middle of your patching project and cannot continue because you have to configure MOPZ and will loose important project related time I would recommend to open a ticket with SAP and approve them your download basket. the component for that is SV-SMG-MAI-APR

Hi,

Client is 100

In Brief,

1) Log On to your SolMan system

2) Run the transaction DSWP

3)Click MOPZ(depends upon system)

4)Click the button u201CMaintenance Optimizer

5) On Product Version Select your system

6) Now select the system where you have registered

7) Click the u201CContinueu201D

😎 Now click u201CConfirm Files in Download Basket

Now in Download manager search your required patch and select it, then confirm download

I think the problem is that he has not yet configured MOPZ

So he wont be able to run the step you specified

please note that the customizing of MOPZ is client dependant

I would recommend to make your changes in your Productive SolMan Client
