XL Reporter error message

Dear all

I have encountered the XL Reporter message when connect to XL Reporter in SAP B1:

Unable to connect to XL Reporter.

Error! User authentication failed!

Cause: Invalid use of NULL

Dear,

This problem occured when you start XL Reporter from Client machin.

First you start XL Report from server machin, if it run properly in server then try to start XL Report from client machin.I think it well be work properly.
