We have an issue with our program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANS to copy our pur requisitions to SRM 5.5 (setup as Extended Classic scenario) but it invertiblely gets jammed weekly without the ability to identify a root cause. The latest error we could find in SRM is that 'System status I1139 could not be set for shopping cart xxxxxxxxxx. Does anyone know what this error message is trying to tell us and how to solve this?
Background: the above program runs in batch every five minutes with demand coming from our PM module ie, work orders which generates the purchase requisition. It appears that the jam occurs on existing purchase orders and not new POs, when we make a change to the work order. We believe a level of validation done by SAP might be accountable for the errors, which might be legitimate. Have anyone faced this issue?
The message means that the s/c could not be modified from external source since the work order was teco'd.
pur req are not blocked in ERP side and are released by shopping cart approval process in SRM.

Can you please check the ststus of Purchase Requisition in ECC whether it is released or block. This will not allow you to transfer the PR to SRM system.
Thanks,
