Print Preview Error

Hi Experts,

I get the following error when I want to Print Preview a AR Reserve Invoice. When I print this (through Crystal Reports) I do not get the error.

The error is:

"Error Printing Crystal Report

Item - Invalid Item [66000-3] From Unique ID:'F_7' Intem Unique ID '0'"

Is the Preview linking to the PLD and is the error there? Why would this error appear for thePrint Preview and not the Print?

Hi ,

To troubleshoot your issue :

1.Disable crystal report addon .

2.Check if print preview works or not

then .

Restart your addon .

Check if rint preview works or not .

Once you know the result , then we can further proceed .

I did as you asked:

With the Add-On turned off I do not get the error.

With it turned on I do get the error, but this time for 'F_18'.

Hi

Are you using <b>crystal wave</b> a third party add or the crystal report add on provided by SAP.

1.Are all your user facing same issue ?

2.Did it happen to only item or it is happening to all ?

So far looks to me ,some fields have been deleted from template. It might be the cause .

Hard to troubleshoot if it is coming from addon ...

Well try restoring a default template (if you have ) or some other layout to test the issue.
