Unable to create WebDynpro projects from NWDS

We are using NWDS (SAP Enhancement Package 1 for SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio 7.1 SP01 PAT0002 Build id: 200901221507).

We have create track from NWDI with the following required SC's

SAP-JEE 7.0

SAP_JTECHS 7.0

SAP_BUILDT 7.0

After importing the develoment configuration from NWDI to NDWS, when we try to create a Development Component, the "New Development Component" Wizard comes up but the webdynpro option is grayed out. We see the following message

"Software Component does not support the selected Development component type; set dependency to the software component which contains the required development components for this type"

But the same webdynpro option is avaulable from Local Develoment.

Could you please let us know, if we are missing any required SC's.

Looks like some configuration is missing for your software component.

This has to be configured in the system landscape of NWDI.

Please report your problem to basis team, they have to configure this in NWDI.
