Block material at grid level in AFS

Hi,

Is there any way to block a material at grid level in AFS.

For Example: I have a material xyz with grids 1x, 2x, and 3x. I need to block 3x so that this grid, 3x, will not be able to procure or involved in any inventory movements.

We are using SAP AFS 5.0 ECC.

Dear Vijay,

We can set the delivery block only at the item and schedule line level.

In your case, you can specify the Reason for Rejection for the particular grid level.

i.e., In the AFS item overview screen, you double click on the material.

Then you will get the line item screen at the bottom.

There you can set the reason for rejection for a particular grid level.

If you set the reason for rejection, it won't be delivered.

Ex: If the stock is not available for a particular grid level, then the reason for rejection 'J0' will be automatically set for that particular grid level.
