check function module in workflow

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the use and function of check function module in sap workflow?

Hi:

By triggering event, it gets triggered and a function module is : SWE_EVENT_CREATE

Some useful function modules are as

SWW_WI_START_SIMPLE start the workflow via the function API

SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW / EWW_WORKFLOW_START To trigger Workflow

SWE_EVENT_CREATE To create event / start workflow

Thats fine, but what I want to know is, check function module is used for setting some start condition to the workflow .. is it right? if so where do we set it?

hi Bhargav,

go to t-code SWO1-->enter Business object (ex:zbus2032)-->go to Methods-->select the method  name or function module name...

if you know the Method Name-->double click on the method name u can find the function module attached to the method..
