Hi All,
I have an Query for Actual and forecast comparison with the percentage values between two Key figures on columns and periods on Rows.
All the percentage values seems ok except result value,
Result value should be using the same calculation as the others which is %A percentage calculation But it is summing up all values.
I already use formula for differentiate The actual and forecast on rows because of this i did try formula collision but it didn't work.
Need to get result with the same Percentage calculation.(%A)
Could you guys help me out?
Thanks a lot
Check the properties of your calculated key figure. The "Calculate result as " sould be filled with "Nothing defined" and not "Summation".

Fred

to achieve this you can use cell references ..
what you need to do is
1. in your query designer click on 'cells' in you 'view toolbar' .... then you can go to cells and modify it
you can find information about it at following link
http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/5b/30d43b0527a17be10000000a114084/frameset.htm
once you go to 'cells' tab ...right click on desired cell and create cell reference
and put your formula as % calculation
hope this helps

Swati.

Hi Swati Thanks for you comments.
I alI am using period and year on the columns and having wrong percentage value on the year Result.
Other period Percentages are ok, just the percentage result of the year is wrong.
So how is the cells going to help me on Result value?
Could you explain more specific ?
Thanks a lot
Hello,
There can be only possibility of this issue.
Either Formula Collision is not set to "Calcuate from this formula" or Calcuate result as set to summation.
If you have checked both of them is correctly set, then you need to go to SAP for this. Have you used such calculation in any other report. If yes, is this calcualtion working fine in that report. There may be some SAP BEx issue, and SAP may be able to give you some notes.
