How to pull a list of retired employees

Hi,

How can I pull a list of all retired and terminated employees.

Please excuse me, this may be a very naive question but I am not familiar with SAP HR nor was able to find this on the forum.

Hi CD,

Please go to SE16 and PA0001 and select employee group which is belongs to retired and terminated employees and execute it.

Hi,

Using Adhoc query ( S_PH0_48000513) you can select the feilds you want to display form IT0000 and IT0001.Give the selection condition for the Employement status in IT0000 not equal to 3( active)

and further you can select the Employee Reason for action as Termineted, Retire etc and downlaod the data in excel

What is ur decision parameters to detect a employee as a retiree. I mean to say whether its age by which u identify or its Employment status of the employee.

As per the system, I mean if that person is marked as retired or left the job in the system..
