Currency EUR replaced by hash sign (#)

Hello everybody,

I have a SAPscript for vendor payment advice and one of the column is the currency of the amount (often EUR).

When the form is printed, the 'EUR' is correctly displayed.

but when the form is transformed into pdf to be sent per mail or per fax, instead of 'EUR', I get '###'.

Does someone has an idea about the origin of this problem and how to solve it ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

Please check the font family. The font family used should support for PDF printing .

Hi Celine

[Double Byte Characters in SAP|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/00adf4da-76f1-2910-43aa-81ad2a67332c]

I don't write the Eur symbol, I just display the field "BSEG-WAERS" in the field. Is this value a double byte Character?

Moreover, there is no problem when it is printed, only when it is sent per mail or fax (conversion to pdf is done).

thanks for your answer.
