Inspection Loat Printout

Hi,

I have a requirement to modify inspection loat print out

it is taken from Transaction QA03 in which we give inspection lot number and press enter we will get another screen in which we have a button Inspection Instruction .

is it is smartform,

is it configured in NACE if yes pleae give guidence to find the location where it is configured in NACE

if not in nace how to find report and program

Its not the smartform it is sapscript INSP_INSTRUCTION
