SAP Adapters

I would like to know the number of adapters available in SAP, I know the kind of adapters available, I want to know the number and if possible these adapters or for which software/platform?

Thanks Murali, but this still doesnt answer which legacy platforms will this support, example would I be able to use it for Great Plains or Quick books, etc.
