Hi Rajkumar,
There is a standard transaction code QL41 which can be used to transport Catalogs from one SAP System to another ( it can also be transferred from one client to another, in the same system) through ALE.You would need to create a RFC Connection (at Config. level) between the Source and Target system and assign it to a Logical System. You would however need help from your ABAP team member.
For Selected Set, the best approach is to download all selected set using QS59 and create a LSMW program to upload them in the new system.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
RKM.

here is the scenario , i want to create or upload catalogs in gold client (Development client )
as per you guys suggestion i planned to use LSMW
but while i am using BDC recording , i dont see assginement of code groups to codes
jsut i can able to see only code group and short text of the code group
but i cant able to record assignment of codegroups to codes
this is normal behaviour
Please give your feed back

Hi,
LSMW is the best and faster way to do that.we have used LSMW for creating catalogs and selected set successfully.
Just record the QS41 transaction the way u manually create it

Hi Raj,
Other than LSMW, BDC is the option. But I suggest to go ahead with LSMW only, since it is not that tedious job.

Keerthi.
