HI Guru
Is it possible to approve or reject an live auction?
My process is:
1) Purchaser create auction
2) Responsable Approve auction
3) Purchaser pubblic auction (after approvation only).
Is This a standard process? Is There workflow disponible for this process?
Hi guru
When I create auction I can pubblish, Hold, Check, Refresh, Dowload, Upload, Output preview.
But I can save the action only and after pubblish it?
The SAP library says that " Once all information is complete, choose Set to Ready or Publish" http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm50/helpdata/en/67/c3833cfa3dbc2ce10000000a114027/frameset.htm
But where I can Set to ready the auction ????

Hello Pippo,
there is no workflow for auctions available in the SRM standard. If you need a workflow you might create first a RFx and than as a follow-on document an auction or you have to create by youself a workflow for Auctions.
In general you can create an auction from scratch or from a PO etc., you can save it and proceed later or you can publish it. When you published it you might change it again and publish again. There is no button like "ready' or similiar, but Save or Publish.
best regards
Markus
Hello Pippo
as far as I know, there is not such a standard WFL for auction.
There is only just an alert-WFL for Auction that is all
