Dear Kumar,

I guess the material must be assigned with a planning calendar along with a periodic lot size in the

material master.

Check in MD27 for the planning calendar, about the period definition.

Hi,

The Error Message: " Error determining planning periods for calendar 61/123:

is because of not maintain the Planning calendar in MRP-2 View for period lot sizing materials.

Maintain the same, that will solve the Problem..

Hi Kumar,

it may be because the client wants the material to be delivered in 2 lots per week, ie on Monday and Thursday. this is done to optimize the delivery costs and also due to storage space constraints.
