Unable to view iviews/pages in user

I have created a user and assigned a role to the user.

While login with the said user I am unable to view all of the pages or iviews assigned.

i.e the user has three reports(A,B,C) it can view.When I login I can see the report A,but when I click on report B or C I cannot view it....its just blank

I have checked the preview for pages and it shows up fine.

Please help

Try clearing the portal cache and is your portal on clustered environment?

I have given the end user permissions but it did not solve the problem.

Any more inputs.

Moreover the Iview created are few from BW and other were created in VC.

The one in VC displays fine in Role even if I go back and forth.

Its just the issue with the one (Iviews) created in BW.

Shakti,

all the users have the same problem.

If only one user id is facing this problem then may be he minimised the iview in the page.if you open the page you will find two buttons on the top right side which is used to expand/collapse the iview.check whether user has accidentally clicked that

Check in the pcd content whether there are proper permisison are not for that iviews and pages.

Go to the permissions and give add end_user and check the check box.

Should I right click on pages>>then go on permissions>>and include the user which will view the report.

Hi,

not on to every page but you can give read permisisons to everyone.

That is

To the root folder you can give read permisison everyone and also don't forget to check the end used check box
