Hello Friends,
When I create a service contract and check the billing plan tab at item level. "Horizon " field is automatically showing as 52 and one more field labbeled as "Hdr" check box is checked. Where and how can I control these two fields. ?

I think the Hdr field is the one that shows that the billing plan is set on header level. It means that the billing plan that is set in the header concerns all the lines automatically. If you want to have a billing plan different to the header for or one or several items, you have to unselect these checkboxes manually.

User accepted to maintain the field called Hdr in billing plan tab., hence I am closing this issue.

You can change the "Horizon" in the Billing Plan Type assigned to your Sales document type in t.code OVBI.
Menu path : IMG > SD > Billing > Billing Plan > Define Billing Plan type.
Choose your Billing Plan type(Periodic Billing Plan type) and go to details and enter the Horizon.
