SLD start page does not open

Hi All

When I open http://<FQDN>:50000/sld the following error occur. Please let me know if have solution, thanks .

Root Cause

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.DeploymentException: Clusterwide exception: Failed to prepare application ''sap.com/tcsldwdmain'' for startup. Reason= Clusterwide exception: Failed to start application ''sap.com/tcsldwdmain'': The referenced application ''sap.com/tcsldwd~technicalsystem'' can''t be started. Check the causing exception for details. Hint: Is the referenced application deployed correctly on the server?

Hi

Did any recent changes happend in the system like applying paches ?

Hi Uday

1.Kernel patch (185) was applied; later restored to original patch (111) thought this might be the cause.

2. JSPM patch 18 was applied before kernel update. Kernel update was performed with JSPM.

3. lmtools patch 18 was applied.

Hi Vijay,

You have mentioned that LMTOOLS has been patched to SP18.

Ideally all the Java components should be at the same level, else there might be an inconsistency.

Was there any changes made to Internet Explorer?just set it to default setting
