Work Flow for User Status

Hi All,

Is it possible to send the mail at company mail id to different users as per the different user status in the notification thru the work flow?

An alternative to Workflow is to use the "at save" user-exit in a notification (QQMA0014) to send a mail via function module SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1.
