What is the use of rsal_batch_tool_dispatching this job?
I able to understand all the default background job.

RSAL_BATCH_TOOL_DISPATCHING , SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP jobs are hourly based jobs that are used for :
Starts long-running data collectors that report application-specific values to the monitoring architecture

You should refer the SAP Note for details of every job and what strategy you should have, and which jobs should be removed (if all the standard jobs are scheduled already normally from sm36)
