Getting Blank Page

hi All,

We have an application portal, before loading any new page we are getting one blank page for few seconds,although it is redirecting to new URL,this blank page takes several seconds.

Please help if any one has come across such issue

Dear Aparna,

The issue is most probably due to slow network between the client machine and the server side.

Another reason could be wrong configuration of cache at the browser side, which required redundant retrieval of css, java script and other resource files.

Yes Jose,The problem persists if accessed from different desktops as well

Did the IP of the portal change.

Also enter the IP in your host file. This would resolve it.
